The rules for using va-app.ru. By using the service you accept them.
What the service does
You send a YouTube link. The service gets the subtitles or a transcript of the speech and returns an analysis: what the video is about, a summary with timecodes, which of the author's claims we could verify, and whether the method they suggest actually works.
What it does not do
- It is not a substitute for a professional. An analysis is an analysis of someone's video, not medical, legal or financial advice. The decisions are yours.
- It is not guaranteed to be right. A language model writes the analysis from the video's text. It makes mistakes — especially where the track was auto-recognised: in terms, names and numbers. Where a verdict rests on a check, we show the source so you can check it yourself.
- It does not store videos. We work with subtitle text and do not host video ourselves.
Which videos are accepted
Public YouTube videos that have subtitles or recognisable speech. Without an account — no longer than 30 minutes. If there are no subtitles and speech cannot be recognised, the request is closed and the charge is returned.
Analyses and balance
- Registration grants 5 analyses; without an account you get 2.
- An analysis is charged when the request is accepted.
- If it does not work out — no subtitles, video unavailable, processing failed — the charge is returned automatically. You get an explanation, not silence.
- Paid plans [fill in: prices, payment and refund terms]. Payments are not connected yet; the service runs on free analyses.
What you must not do
- Queue requests automatically, bypassing the interface and its limits.
- Create many accounts to farm free analyses.
- Pass analyses off as your own expertise where that misleads people.
We may block an account for that. If you think a block is a mistake, write to us and we will sort it out.
Rights
The video belongs to its author. The analysis is our text about it: use it yourself, share the link. Reselling analyses or passing them off as your own product is not allowed.
Liability
The service is provided as is. We work to keep it running and honest, but we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of an analysis, nor for downtime. Our monetary liability is capped at the cost of the service not rendered.
